Charming Breton house located in the heart of the village of Baden, you can do everything on foot! Renovated, welcoming and functional, you will feel at home here. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 travellers, and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You will also benefit from the 30 m² backyard, ideal for your summer evenings with family or friends. Household included. Bed linen and towels not provided.

The accommodation
On the ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, TV, chimney, dining table for 5 people
- Separate and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery

On the 1st floor:
- Bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine
- Bedroom with double bed 140 cm x 190 cm

On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom with double bed 140 cm x 190 cm
- On the mezzanine, a single bed

Outside:
A private backyard of 30 m² is accessible from the kitchen. The backyard is furnished with a garden lounge and a barbecue. The backyard is closed by a portal, so you can also park your car there. A second WC is also available in the backyard.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet area, built of stone houses. Next to the house is the main square of Baden, where you will find all the shops: grocery store, bakery, crêperie, post office, town hall, supermarket. . . We particularly recommend Les Kerguelen, a good and simple restaurant with a good price/quality ratio. You won't lack anything in Baden!

Activities
On land or at sea, you will be charmed by Baden and you will come back!
- The numerous coastal paths will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks in the Gulf of Morbihan
- The port of Port Blanc will allow you to reach the Ile aux Moines all year round; the island of Arz, Houat and Hoëdic during the summer.
