Private suite in convenient midtown location (just 5 minutes to popular Mass Ave and Broad Ripple attractions). Private side entry with digital access. Brand new queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, WiFi, easy street parking, large built-in shelves for storage and spacious closet. Complimentary snacks, teas and local coffee. This suite is newly renovated and features high ceilings and a smart layout designed for maximum comfort.

This is a comfortable efficiency space ideal for 1-2 people. The main room is multi-purpose featuring queen wall bed and kitchenette. The wall bed can easily be stored away leaving extra room to work or dine. The suite has a private entrance for total autonomy and privacy, with August smart locks for seamless check in/ check out and convenience throughout your stay.
The suite is an independent unit, but does share walls with the main structure. A bluetooth speaker is provided for listening to music or white noise to make the space even more comfortable.

We didnt receive information regarding occupancy, so i messaged. Lady claiming to be owner called me as VRBO messaging "never works" She wanted me to send her copies of my ID which i did. That wasnt good enough she wanted my husband id as well. I told her this w a all very unusual and my husband wont like it. She indicated we wouldn't get occupancy unless we followed her "house rules " i didnt feel comfortable with her since our booking was for Wednesday night and all this came about Tuesday night. I booked another room elsewhere

Great for short stay!
We loved the room for the convenience of coming in town for the Butler/UCONN basketball game! It was hard to sleep without pillows falling through the gap between the bed and wall, though. We’d also suggest adding tissues and a couple bottles of water. We’ve also seen other VRBOs offer the WiFi password and suggestions on restaurants and things to do nearby inside the room. There should be better directions on what side of the house the entrance is (left) and maybe a pathway to that side instead of having to walk through snow. All-in-all, the room was spotless, amenities were amazing (love the snacks), and the bathroom is huge! Very comfortable mattress.

Clean and convenient
The location was great and unit was clean and well cared for. The check in instructions were not made known until I asked, but apparely there was an issue with the app on renters end. Also, which side of the house i was to go to wasn’t clear, so it was a bit confusing at first. Great little efficiency for quick trip!

Best stay ever!
Firstly the host helped me in so many ways and was very open and honest wit me. The room was one of the cleanest places ive ever stayed in and i travel a lot! Great hot water, private, and in the pictures they dond show a TV but to my surprise they had in the room along with a ceiling fan that i loved so much...this is well worth the price and then some. Please use this place when you come to Indianapolis, i will definitely come back!!
