About this property

Our
accommodation is located 2-3 m. walk away, depending on your
walking pace, from the amazing beach of Makris Gialos in Lassi.
You can find more
nice beaches in a walking distance, as Platis Gialos, Paliostafida &
Gradakia.

Set in a mature
garden of 4500 sq.m. full of grass, flowers, trees.

Relax in our Safe
paddling-splash pool (on average 45 cm toddler SAFE DEPTH ), mainly,
but not only for children.

This means that even adults get into
it and play with children for fun or stay lying on the edge of the
pool reading books for example.
There are also 3
adult pool bars neaby, one a 1-2 minute walk and the other a 2-3
minute walk away
- Play ground and
athletic activities, as table tennis, mini football pitch are
available.

Awesome property, would go back!

Staff was extremely friendly! Very clean, 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Short walk down to beach, and a pool right next door with a snack shop, great for an afternoon dip! Anytime I messaged with questions prior to our trip, replied were received in a very timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartments in beautiful grounds

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect accommodation during our two week stay in Kefalonia. After a very short 10/15 minute taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted so so warmly by Lambros, Stella and Maria. They even gave us some fresh lemonade. The apartment was spotless and the grounds so beautiful. You can either laze by the Simatos splash pool or take a very short walk to Marianna’s pool. The beautiul Makris gialos beach is literally a couple of minutes walk as are the local restaurants and supermarket. The location is just perfect. I would highly recommend Simatos apartments. Thank you so much Stella, Lambros and Maria for giving us such a wonderful holiday!!

lovely place - lovely people

Lovely holiday, we were made welcome as soon as we arrived & that continued throughout our stay. The grounds are gorgeous and very peaceful, but everything you need is within 5-10 walk, the beach, shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartments as a good base when visiting Kefalonia. They even gave us a gift on our Anniversary and Stella provided some homemade lemonade one day when we were sitting in the garden - lovely little touches. Thank you .

Before becoming a property manager, Stella was a ceramic and painting artist for over 25 years now. She constantly creates in her workshop but also decorates interior and exterior spaces of Simatos apartments, since she is also a lover of decoration. Theres no doubt that something literally fascinates her, leaving Lambros with the job of assistant - certainly no less valuable.
(It is worth noting that Stella has also studied P.H. at UNIWA, from where she graduated as a Public Health inspector in 1989.) This means that she is particularly sensitive to health maintenance issues.

This
piece of land, so close to the beach, so peaceful and calm, among
thousands of trees, lovely neighbours with their traditional houses,
is ideal for holiday makers.
The apartments are built in the perfect
sunny orientation. You feel so familiar around you, like a second
home.

Close
to everything, but far from everything, at the same time.
Our
location in Lassi is quiet and residential. In a walking distance of
150 metres up on the main road of Lassi, there are restaurants,
taverns, bars, pubs, shops, supermarkets and ATMs.

Our
apARTments are located 3.7 km from
Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, which is 5 minutes by taxi or
car and about 30 minutes on foot.
The area is suitable for walking
and sports, with an ideal route around Lassi via Fanario.
