A lovely property
We found this property exactly as it said in the description, it is only a 10 minute walk away from Saundersfoot,. We enjoyed staying at this property and have to agree that the views are spectacular. As a retired Buildings manager I do have to say though that the property is looking tired, it needs some TLC it needs redecorating, it needs somebody to go in on a regular basis in between guests leaving and arriving to check out those things needing attention ie defective light in the bathroom, cobwebs in the Kitchen between the fridge door and the cupboard to the right. The garden could be lovely and a fantastic place to catch the last rays of an evening but it is overgrown and the balcony furniture is very old and marked. I appreciate that the owner does not live in the immediate vicinity and this shows through. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this property
