Côté Jade - Maison avec jardin à 200m de la plage

This charming house, located 200m from the beach, was completely renovated in March 2020 and has been Feng Shui tested! The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a pull-out bed, a dining room and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the 2 gardens of the house: one in front of the house of 30m², the other at the back of the house of 100m² and fitted out with an outbuilding and garden furniture. Sheets and towels are not provided. See you soon!

The house can accommodate 4 people and has the following layout:
- Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, armchairs, TV, storage unit.
- Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Bedroom fitted out with pull-out bed for 2 persons
- Dining room with dining table for 4 people
- Fitted shower room with shower and WC

Exteriors
- At the front of the house, a 30m² garden facing WEST. You can admire the sunsets from this garden.
- At the back of the house, a second garden of 100m² EAST facing EAST, with garden furniture. You will also have an outbuilding where you will find a washing machine and bicycles. Two bicycles are at your disposal free of charge.

Superbe emplacement

La maison est très pratique et idéalement située: à 200 m de la plage et à 100m d'un petit bois, idéal pour un peu de fraicheur. La communication avec l'hôte est facile et les conseils précieux.

La location n'était pas propre. Le couchage (canapé-lit) n'était pas bon. Le cagibi-douche n'était pas digne d'une location de ce prix. Nous ne conseillons pas cette location et le prix était beaucoup trop élevé.

logement bien entretenu

Le sol du logement était sale a notre arrivée. La salle de bain est très étroite, lave main en guise de lavabo. Manque un micro-onde. Pour le reste rien a dire. Logement refait a neuf et très proche de l'océan. Le voisinage est sympathique et cordiale.
