🏡 This pretty house from the 70s on one level, completely renovated with an area of ​​80 m², benefits from a West / South / East exposure, which can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults maximum).
It has a large living room, with lounge area 🛋️ and meal 🍽️ open onto a shaded terrace ☀️ 🕶️ (store) and a garden with trees 🌳. (Charcoal barbecue available).
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster).
🚿 The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub 🛁.
🚽 The toilets are separate.
The 1st bedroom has a large double bed 🛏️ . The 2nd bedroom has two single beds 🛏️ 🛏️ as well as a bunk bed 🛏️ 🛏️.

🗺️Very good location in quiet Hunawihr with departure on foot through the vineyards to visit Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Zellenberg.

🍼 A baby bed is also available for free (on request). Bed linen is not provided for the cot. Only the mattress provided by the manufacturer will be made available with the travel cot.

House rules:
🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
