Perfekter Standort für Unternehmungen

Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es befindet sich auf dem wunderschönen Gelände des Vermieters. Wir waren morgens und abends viel auf der Terrasse und beobachteten die Natur und die vorbeifahrenden Landwirtschaftlichen Gespanne, LKW und Autos. Der Vermieter gab uns viele Ausflugstips, so dass es uns an Zielen nicht mangelte. In 30 Min bei Mont St. Michel, 20 Min Dinan, 20 Min St. Malo....einfach entspannend. Als ganz besonderen Ort haben wir den Mont Dol empfunden. Im Haus ist es im Wohnbereich leider ein wenig dunkel, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen guten Herd, schönes Geschirr und durchaus einen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Bäder sind innenliegend, aber gut belüftet. Leider fehlt es im Duschbad an Ablagefläche, aber man kommt zurecht.

Tres bon sejour

Tout est bien des l'accueil tres agreable .Le site est enchanteur ,le gite en parfait etat . Rien a redire sino que nous sommes prets a revenir !!!!

Excellent séjour

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes, du début à la fin du séjour. Marianne et Jacques sont très gentils et prêts à nous rendre service si besoin. La maison est très propre. Les chambres sont très calmes pour dormir sereinement. Comme il faisait un peu frais, nous avons pu mettre le chauffage en route (radiateurs électriques ou poële,tout fonctionne très bien). Le cadre du jardin est magnifique ! Maison idéalement placée près d'un GR et à mi chemin de Dinan et Dinard. Des magasins sont proches pour les courses. Séjour parfait qui nous a donné envie de revenir !

Relaxen an der Rance

Auch wenn die Bilder nicht sehr aussagekräftig sind, war das Haus doch so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Netter Empfang von Marianne, die auch sonst gerne half. Es handelt sich um ein großzügiges, sauberes Gebäude auf einem riesigen Grundstück direkt am Fluss, der allerdings gezeitenabhängig ist. Im Haus alles da, was man braucht, auch im Garten. Wen's interessiert: nur französisches TV. Wir waren sehr angetan und haben uns in der Gegend sehr gut erholt. Was allerdings fehlt, ist ein Hinweis auf die - vor allem im Berufsverkehr - doch ziemlich befahrene Straße über die Rance-Brücke, an der das Anwesen liegt. Könnte vor allem im Sommer nerven, wenn man draußen liegen und relaxen will. Ansonsten: Aufstieg in unsere Top Ten.
