Welcome to our home!

We are a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment located on Vancouver's famous seawall, in a beautiful high rise development with great access to all that Vancouver has to offer. We offer stunning water views from our private balcony, as well as top end furniture and fixtures.

When staying with us, you will have access to the best amenities in the city, including heated indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, movie theatre, bowling alley, table tennis, and more! We are fully furnished, and have all the items you would expect, including all dishes and cooking accoutrements, and a full set of linens and towels. We are professionally cleaned in between guests, so you can be sure your stay will be safe and trouble free.

Free high speed wireless internet is included, as is secured parking. Our building is very safe and secure, with FOB access only, and 24/7 concierge.

Yale Town Haven

The apartment is well equipped and bright and airy, even on the rainiest days. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is spacious enough for a couple and additional guests. The proximity to the seawall is a real plus. Matt is a helpful manager, very responsive when needed.

Beautiful view, excellent location.

Always something to look at out of the wall to wall windows. A perfect location to walk around False Creek, use the wonderful transit system or take in a game or concert nearby.

A memorable stay in a beautiful condo, high above the city!

We felt fortunate to book this lovely condo for an entire month as we visited Vancouver, BC. Being older than average, we especially appreciated the quiet, the expansive views, the swimming (pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna) right downstairs, and, perhaps most of all, the ability to hop onto the aquabus just a few steps away to explore False Creek and visit nearby Granville Island. We did have friends stay with us just one week, and we enjoyed meals together at the large glass dining table. As a writer, I especially appreciated the office nook. The views at every time of day were unforgettable, causing us to nickname those skyscrapers, the Stonehenge of Vancouver! We would happily return on our next visit to Vancouver and note that Matt, the manager, answered our every question. We felt welcome and at home. An truly memorable vacation!
