Just a stone throw from the flat, Jean-Médecin is Nice’s main high street. This enjoyable neighbourhood is lively and full of shops and attractions. It’s set between Place Massena and the central train station so old town and the sea side are at an easy walking distance (10mins). Shopping , provencal market, walk on the “Promenade des Anglais”, the choice will be yours. All shops and services directly at hand, the area has loads of restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.

From the airport the flat is at a 20 minutes trip with Uber or taxi, 30 minutes in public transports. The neighbourhood is provided with all public transports (tram, bus, train, bikes, carsharing etc). The emblematic Nice’s and Riviera’s hotspots are all within an easy reach. Many parking options available, city parking, public parking (250 meters) and a dedicated spot for electric car owners.

Check-in time is set between 3pm and 9 pm, for late check-in we will charge an extra of 25€ from 9pm to 12pm. We also ask our guests to clean and set back all kitchen utensils and plates, if not we will apply a 30€ charge on the deposit.
