At your disposal, a living room with wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a second living room (which can also be considered as a bedroom) with a sofa bed for 1 person, flat screen, office space. 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. Bathroom with 1 sink, 1 Italian shower. 1 independent toilet. Closed garage for 1 car. Terrace.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €80, extra.
Heating included, except for firewood €25 per box of wood.

Loir not Loire

A house on the edge of the forest , quiet solitude, interesting walks (with or without our dog), varied wildlife and easy drivable access to several interesting and historic towns and cities. The house had comfortable sofas and beds, so no achy limbs and good nights sleep. A small town 5 minutes away with most essentials and a Super U 10 minutes away for everything else.
