The property offers over 3000 feet of lake frontage and 12 wooded acres of solitude and beauty. This 400-acre natural spring-fed lake is largely undeveloped and is surrounded by a great deal of natural forestry, making it home to some of the area's best fishing and wildlife. Plan to see loons, bald eagles, and deer. You may even spot foxes, black bears, beavers, or otters. Bearskin is known for trophy size Small Mouth Bass, Muskie, and Walleye, as well as plentiful Northern Pike, Perch, and pan fish. The Bearskin State Trail is nearby for 18 miles of biking/hiking. Easy access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails for winter fun.

Week Stay

Overall great location and house. Master bed could use a topper or new matress, it is very firm. Getting to house is confusing the first time and the front door is hard to open. House very clean and the location is awsome. Some more instructions might also be helpful.

2nd stay and even better!

It was our second time here and it was amazing! We fished, hiked, canoed, biked to sand lake. Fires at night, beautiful stars! Loved it.

Amazing location

Great location, water view from the peninsula is amazing! Private drive, lots of trails in the woods. House is nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen. Everything was great! Only thing we would recommend for the rental property management is to get the gas grill outside of the property which is necessary and a pair of kayaks for more activities on the lake would be nice.

Amazing experience!

Beautiful cottage on a one of a kind peninsula. We had an absolute blast. We fished off the dock (big fish, no pan fish), had fires each night and cooked out in the backyard! Loved the property very much.
