🏢 This appartement is composed of : entry, independant kitchen totally equipped with balcony (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle...), a living room, a bathroom and separated toilets.
🛌 There is two sleeping space: Independant room with dooble bed, and a sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Come and enjoy this really confortable place with all the equipments: TV, Wi-Fi, Cupboards, Welcomebox, linen and towels upon arrival !

Important information: the roller shutter in the bedroom is blocked at the bottom. It is being repaired, thank you for your understanding.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. E' la prima volta che sono arrivata in un appartamento e mi sono dovuta fare il letto da sola(nonostante abbia girato tutto il mondo),il miscelatore della doccia rotto, o acqua bollente o acqua gelata.L'anta dell'armadio scorrevole rotta, sporcizia dovunque con capelli in cucina biondi e lunghi della precedente inquilina.Due bicchieri da acqua uno dei quali rotto,tracce di sugo sui piatti,il cassetto delle posate in condizioni pietose pieno di briciole ed il cassetto del lavandino pieno di capelli e scrostato,Sono andata via per disperazione un giorno prima ed ho chiesto di farmi uno sconto e mi hanno proposto uno sconto del 10 spendere sempre nella stessa struttura. Per la mia permanenza li, non ha mai funzionato il wifi ed hanno richiesto anche un deposito di 300 euro per eventuali danni.Se volete andate io lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!!!!!!!

une bonne adresse, confortable, lumineuse, sobre

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, en plein centre et à côté des transports en commun. les équipements sont de très bonne qualité (sauf peut être le chauffage que nous n'avons pas réussi à moduler : entre glacial à notre arrivée -car éteint- et plutôt trop chaud une fois allumé), la literie est impeccable, même celle du canapé-lit . L'appartement est confortable, calme et vraiment lumineux, sa décoration est tellement sobre qu'il manque peut-être d'un peu de chaleur (les photos sont fidèles à la réalité). Belle salle de bain. Il manque simplement à l'appartement et à l'accueil ce tout petit supplément d'âme qui en ferait une adresse parfaite.
