UN GROS BEMOL : l'humidité !

Cette petite maison est trop humide, manque d'aération de la salle de bain qui se fait ressentir partout. une cours très appréciable grande mais qui prend l'eau / inondation en cas de pluie (très désagréable d'ouvrir le portail est d'avoir les chaussures dans l'eau). C'est dommage car elle est très bien équipée (équipements modernes) et l'emplacement très bien (rue très calme, pas loin des commerces ARAGO, de la plage centrale et du centre ville). mais la première impression lors de l'entrée (ménage laissant à désirer lors de l'entrée et odeur) reste pendant tout le séjour et l'humidité revient dès que le temps est plus sec et chaud. sans cela cela pourrait être un 3.5...
