Enjoy the the sunsets over the marsh from the front beautiful porch. Upstairs this new custom home has a open floor plan with a lovely kitchen with a large island and upgraded appliances The family room boasts a wall of windows overlooking an expansive view of the marsh. The spa like master bath makes this home a great getaway. The back porch sits in the trees and is a great place to grill and enjoy the view. Downstairs is another private area with secondary bedrooms and private baths and a T.V. seating area which leads to the front porch and another seating area. This is an oasis of peace and tranquility but still close to St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra.
