About this property

Fully restored house with central heating in the middle of mountains in the medieval village of Borgo Castel Vittorio, with comfortable kitchen with dishwasher and oven, cozy living / dining kitchen, a modernly furnished living room and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite. Two toilets, bathroom and a lovely roof terrace with beautiful views, outdoor kitchen and two sun beds. From the house you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. The house is only a 15-minute walk from a swimming lake between the rocks and is 22 kilometers from the sea. Fully equipped.
Pay attention:
1. The changeover day in all seasons is Saturday !!!
2. Castel Vittorio is car-free. It's about a 150 meter walk from the central parking lot to the house!
3. There are stairs in the house (eg from the kitchen to the roof terrace). The house is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking stairs!

Wunderbar

Wir haben ein sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mitten im Bergdorf dank der sehr guten Wegbeschreibung vorgefunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf die Berge ist umwerfend. Bei Maria im kleinen Laden gleich um die Ecke kann man morgens frische Croissants und alles andere kaufen. Man sollte unbedingt einmal in der Osteria essen, es war sehr lecker. Vom Dorf aus haben wir viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche:)

Great location for a dose of Italian village life and to explore the Nervia valley

The house contains all you could need (be aware towels are not provided). The terrace is excellent for relaxing, catching some rays, and watching the changing colours of the mountains during the day and stars by night. The aerobatics of the small birds are an added delight. The village itself is beautiful, quiet and contained but with amenities and two excellent restaurants (we tried them both and our ideal would be a combination of elements from each). You can feel the tranquil pace of life for the inhabitants and go with the flow, while at least in summer when we were there we had concerts and a local food contest (Turtun) to enjoy in the square. Plus the location is an ideal base from which to explore the Nervia valley and other villages (Dolcheaqua, Apricale etc). Wunderbar! Die Terrasse ist einzigartig-ein wunderbarer Ausblick.

Das gesamte Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll, bequem und komfortabel eingerichtet. In der Küche läßt es sich prima kochen. Und auf der hoch über allem liegenden Terrasse kann man alles wunderbar genießen. Es ist sooo ruhig und entspannend. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und bietet einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig, wie der gesamte Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Castel Vittorio ist mit ein bischen Fahrerei durch schöne Landschaft ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Berge und die Küste.

Zeer volledig appartement gelegen in een prachtig klein Italiaans dorpje in de bergen

Het is een fantastisch appartement met een prachtig dakterras Goede fiets en wandelmogelijkheden. Leuke stadjes en half uur van zee. Het is wel handig om te weten dat de auto niet bij het appartement geparkeerd kan worden en je goed ter been moet zijn om bij je appartement te komen en in het appartement te verblijven .
