This spacious high ceiling home has an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and great room with working wood burning fireplace, all flowing seamlessly with an easy access to the large deck perfect for entertaining; surrounded by nature.

The first floor features a large master bedroom with king sized bed and an upgraded glass shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds as well as an additional bath tub are also on the first floor. Queen sized blow up mattress for any additional guests.

Central air conditioning. Basement equipped with GE washer and dryer.

The pool deck has everything to relax and entertain with outdoor dining, Weber barbecue, lounge chairs and heated pool.

Simply Wonderful

The house is beautiful and very comfortable — Photos don’t do the pool justice. Matt is a a great, detail-oriented and thorough host. Location is excellent at just over 10 mins to Amagansett and E Hampton and more and more cool stuff is opening in Springs.

Amazing place- loved it

We loved staying at this property - great, quiet location with a large pool. Matt was extremely helpful, responsive and went beyond his lengths to make us have a memorable stay. Definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy summer time

We had an amazing time. Pull is big and clean. House is conveniently located close to the beach , Main Street, markets and restaurants. Owner was helpful and always available to answer questions. We hope to be back next year!

We like our stay very much and we enjoyed Matthew’s place. The house was clean and comfortable. The beautiful windows facing the pool have a wow effect when you come in. The deck with the pool was definitely our favorite spot. Matthew is a great host, carrying and always available.
