Peaceful!
Listed VRBO photos don’t do this place justice—the setting is absolutely beautiful and serene, clean and very quiet. It’s so relaxing. Building designs are creative, and staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a great location for Wells Gray exploration! There was a pair of sandhill cranes on the property while we were there, as well as farm animals, black bear and deer nearby. The log cabins are clean and simple, and being remote, don’t have many electrical outlets, nor reliable wifi…yet truly, you hardly notice being “unplugged” with such lovely evenings spent on the wide front porches, reading or watching the sunsets. (There is a TV, for which DVDs can be checked out at the front desk.) The nights are quite dark, so bring a nightlight for navigation to the (indoor) bathrooms.

Peaceful views to die for!
The experience was amazing. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location to explore nearby waterfalls and trails. The only complaint was we woke up to weedeating at 845 am Sunday morning.

Beautiful and welcoming
We loved our stay. The ranch was very welcoming and had all the amenities that we needed in a beautiful wooden cottage. The team at the ranch are friendly, including the lovely dogs, cats, chickens and horses!

Peaceful and relaxing stay
Our two night stay was exactly what we were looking for. Peace and quiet in the country! We spent the days hiking and exploring the waterfalls and quiet evenings under the stars at the ranch. Our cabin was very clean and just as described and the beds were very comfortable, the fireplace was so nice on the cool evenings. Definitely want to go back in the winter.
