This beautifully remodeled and well appointed one bedroom condo is the perfect get-away! This serene condo is the perfect location for relaxing and enjoying your island vacation, and well priced! This front row Maui Banyan unit isjust steps from the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and tiled bath, new furniture, large outdoor dining table (indoor dining as well), comfy beds, and beach accessories are just some of the features offered.

Maui Banyan is an ideal and popular vacation get away, conveniently located in South Kihei. Located nearby to numerous restaurants, and cafes, you have many options for meals, plus shops and the beautiful (lifeguard-attended) Kamaole Beach Park II is just steps away. Close to many of Maui's best beaches, including Keawakapu and Kamaole Beach Parks I & III. World class shopping within a couple of miles in Wailea, along with many 5 star restaurants and resorts.

The unit is fully equipped with beach toys and chairs, comfortable bed and sitting area inside and out, with private lanai and nearby BBQ area too. Maui Banyan is a popular condo complex for many of Maui's repeat visitors. The complex features 2 pools, tennis courts, ample (free parking) and is located on the sunny south side near the Kihei Boat Ramp where you can catch dive boats and rafts, or a short drive to Ma'alaea harbor for all the cruises offered!

Our rates are very competitive and affordable and this newly-remodeled unit outshines most others with its fresh upgrades. Attention to detail and exceptional housekeeping and service make our studio a truly comfortable "home away from home" for our guests.

This comfortable condo sleeps 4 people. We also have the adjoining studio unit (see 1994811) that can be rented together for up to 7 people. Flexible accomodation with a lock off can accomodate more people by also booking the adjoining studio or see our 2 bedroom listing.

great condo!

This condo was very comfortable for our stay. We loved the convenience of having a ground level lanai to relax and the bbq was close for cooking. Everything in the condo was great including the bed, shower, and kitchen. Welcome basket of goodies adds a nice touch!

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants

Location is close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants. Place is very clean and even though it's next to the road the road noise was not a bother. Overall had a great time and would stay again next time.

Absolutely beautiful!

Condo is beautiful and exactly as described and was loaded with supplies including boogie board, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, spices/seasonings, condiments and more. King bed was super comfy, appliances all brand new. Shower was clean and new. Location was perfect across from the best beach in Maui and close to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to friends and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
