L horreur et irresponsabilité d abritel

Le bien n’est pas en gérance par abritel malgré une prise de renseignements répétitives avant la date de réservation. Abritel nous assure un relogement immédiat en cas de problème sur place… FAUX ARCHI FAUX!!. Arrivés sur place en famille, abritel nous a laissé (avec deux enfants bas âge) en pleine canicule d août, nous débrouiller pour retrouver un logement pour pallier à leur annonce mensongère. Je déconseille vivement cette plateforme en dessous de tout! Attention ne pas réserver ce bien qui n’est pas en gérance par abritel. Pub mensongère volontaire. Le propriétaire du bien que nous avons réussi a avoir sur place a été d une gentillesse incroyable et la solidarité corse a su transformer ce cauchemar en rêve mais incompétence d abritel face à notre problème ! Une honte!
