The Courtyard Carriage house is a lovely 2 story, single family home nestled beside beautiful century old holly trees. It is one block from the beach and boardwalk. The Courtyard Carriage house is a classic design with contemporary features. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room on the first floor. The french doors in the dining room open to a secluded brick courtyard. The plants and flowers in large pots add a European flavor to this unique space. There are two tables and chairs for outside dining and relaxing. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the second floor with cathedral ceilings. The master suite features a queen bed, full bath and an entertainment center. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have two twin beds. These two rooms share the 2nd full bath. The furniture is traditional with artwork and decorative accents. The charm, privacy and setting of this Carriage House make it a lovely home for a family holiday.
