Our place has a funky main bach, a sunny studio bach, a common room with attached bunk room and a dedicated table tennis room. All on a large, sunny landscaped section at “little w”. It is a great place for extended families, school teams or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.
The main bach has two bedrooms, a great kitchen with a dishwasher, heat pump, plus a modern fireplace with wetback and bath for those cosy winter evenings. At the back door is a lovely landscaped covered BBQ area for outdoor dining.
The studio bach is warm and sunny, with full kitchen, heat pump, toilet and shower. It has a main bedroom with a queen bed and bunks, a second bedroom with a double bed. The huge covered deck area provides another option for outdoor living.
Keep yourselves entertained in our separate spacious "Common Room", with SKY TV and stereo, dvd's, heat pump and plenty of board games and lounge seating for heaps. Attached to this we have the "Bunk Room", with four sets of bunks for extra guests. We also have a dedicated table tennis room.
Enjoy our large, fully fenced backyard with views to the Tararuas to stretch out on or play games. We have made it a great place to unwind, with landscaped gardens and loads of decks for lounging on in the afternoon sun.
We are right next to the Waitarere Beach Park, which has a children’s playground and tennis courts, and are just down from the dairy and cafe and a few minutes stroll to Waitarere Beach (safe for swimming, excellent for beach-combing and lifeguards in season).
We have regulars who come back again and again, have had excellent feedback from family groups, a few hen parties, birthday parties as well as couples enjoying quiet weekend getaways.
A separate linen cleaning service can be arranged for $75 prior to your stay.
