Beauitful location - lovely bach
We enjoyed our time at this peaceful, very private bach. The outlook from the deck is breathtaking and the bird life added to the sense of tranquility.
The bach is clean, well appointed in a classic kiwi kind of way.
The location is excellent for exploring the area.
A wonderful retreat
Loved our stay, we’ll equipped bach in a a beautiful rural setting with a lovely glimpse of the sea. Super cosy and snug with new heat pump and comfy beds, the kids loved the farm animals nearby and hearing & seeing the native birds flying around was magic. Thank you
Thanks very much for your response. Pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay.
Looking for a quite and relaxing weekend away or a long stay.? You'll not go wrong with this one.
Wether you’re single, the two of you or a small family this property will tick all the boxes. Well laid out and enjoyed all the native birds songs through out the day. On this occasion the family went. Booking was streamlined as was the communication with the owner. Arriving at the bach the family very soon realised what a wonderful spot we had chosen. Clean and well presented properly with everything that you would need for your stay. A number of beaches nearby including Goat Island Marine Reserve at Leigh. Matakana, 10 minutes away and the Saturday markets have an great vibe.
Recommending this property to family and friends would be a definitely, Yes
A New Zealand bach through and through. Thank you.
Peaceful retreat amidst the birds and trees.
Great place to stay when in the area, away from some of the other pretentious bays and beaches. House was adequately equiped for a few nights stay, good shower for a tank supplied and loved the big BBQ hotplate for great steaks!
House was set back from the road and was placed beautifully amongst the trees with a nice view of the bay, and bush behind, which was awash with birdlife.
Would recommend for those wanting to get away from the hoards.
A Handy Hideaway
Perfect base for exploring a special part of the coast. Very comfy bed. Cozy cottage.
Gorgeous little winter retreat
We had such a lovely weekend here. It was cosy and warm and the home was a joy to stay in. The amount of birds on the nearby trees was incredible - a Kaka popped by and Kererus were frequent visitors. The view of the sea was just perfect. So close to Matakana and to the regional park where we enjoyed a lovely walk in the winter sun. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.
Thanks your feedback. It was our pleasure to have you stay and we would welcome you back anytime.
