Its location, in the heart of Oneroa Village, allows immediate access to all village services, and attractions, including excellent cafes and restaurants.
ComoExec is also very peaceful and private. Accessed through a key-controlled gate on the main street of Oneroa Village, the entrance leads through an enclosed courtyard to a masonry stairway that adjoins the main house, This is framed by superb sea views, and arrives at a delightfully tucked away, lower courtyard entrance.
ComoExec's concrete floors are solar-heated, as is all hot water. The walls are plastered with white Oreti sand and featured timbers are either recycled or sustainably sourced. All products provided for guest use, and used in cleaning, are eco-friendly; all linen is laundered in soft rain-water and sun-dried over lavender bushes; and the surrounding garden, a fusion of Mediterranean and Pacific styles, is all organic. Sustainable living can be luxurious!
The facilities provided in the apartment are similar to those offered in an executive hotel. An open-plan bedroom area includes a media corner with free WiFi; and Sky TV includes Sky sports channels. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided and there is also a bar fridge and a microwave. There is ample clothes storage space, and the very spacious en-suite bathroom opens out to the courtyard. A full set of tableware is provided as guests sometimes enjoy excellent village takeaways seated at the umbrella-covered courtyard, table and chairs .
An access path to Oneroa Beach leads downhill from the bus-stop nearby. There is no private car park but several public car parks along this street frontage have no time restrictions.
