Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Nice space, haphazard communication/customer service
Pros: Easy checkin, no checkout duties, generally nice place. No issues with WiFi or the key entry app. Cons: - Bathrooms: no soap, etc. in the primary which you’d expect in any bathroom. Bathroom not fully clean as a used towel was hanging on the rod over the toilet. Not enough towels for our duration of stay and listed # of occupants. - Kitchen: came with enough cooking tools and dishes but absolutely no seasonings (like basic salt and pepper). Also no cleaning supplies like dish soap or cleaning spray to be able to clean up after ourselves during a 5-day stay. They do offer extra cleaning, for a fee of course. - Other: washer/dryer but no detergent.- Customer service: communication is via offsite personnel and therefore very impersonal. It took me sometimes days and a couple of follow-ups to get answers to basic questions like parking details. On our checkout day an employee knocked on our door to drop off welcome kits for the next guests. Very intrusive as we were packing and gathering our things to leave. Also wholly unnecessary since checkout is at 11am and checkin isn’t until 5pm. Ultimately, if you’re not staying super long term, a longer stay hotel would’ve been at price or less with onsite service available/similar amenities. The most I heard from customer service was for the review of this stay with a prompt on checkout day (Christmas Eve) and another on Christmas Day.
