Built 2006 - 3 bedroom monopitch home - sleeps max of 10. North facing for maximum sun, views of the Pisa Range.
Located in Cromwell, just a few minutes walk to sheltered bay on Lake Dunstan. 40min from Wanaka, 40min from Queenstown. Great location for skifields, watersports, fishing, biking, vineyards, Warbirds over Wanaka, Highlands Motor Sport Park and the many other things Central Otago has to offer.
Unlimited Wifi too. High output EV charger in garage.

Minimum stay, two nights. Rate - $200 per night up to two people. Additional person $30/per night.

Consists of master bedroom: Queen bed, single bed and ensuite (3 people). Second bedroom: double bunk set (4 people). Third bedroom: double bed with single alongside (3 people). Bathroom with shower/bath, laundry in garage.
Fully furnished, heatpump/cooling, well equipped kitchen, LCD TV, Sky TV, free Wifi too.

Pet friendly by arrangement.

Sunny patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Plenty of off street parking for Cars, Boats, Motorcycles, trailers. The home is hidden from the street view.

Great location, just off the highway but quiet at the same time. Plenty of room for parking on our 600M of lawn. Very quiet in the evening. Your living in a locale with most retired families and occasional weekend holiday makers.
