This 2 bedroomed unit is located very close to the beach on the ground floor with one unit above. There are no stairs to negotiate and the shops are just around the corner. There is an outdoor area to the front and back to take advantage of the weather. The small but comprehensive kitchen has all the mod cons whilst the living area has a TV. The main bedroom has a queen double while the other room has 2 double bunk beds (single over double X 2). The bathroom has a shower and basin with separate w/c. There is a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The reserve boasts 2 synthetic tennis courts; a petanque court and a soft surfaced kids play area. Onemana has a lively Cafe and Dairy and a wonderful Lake reserve just around the corner from this unit. There are plenty of local walks in and around the area. We are 10 minutes from the large New World and other amenities offered by Whangamata but well removed from the noise. Onemana does not have a boat-ramp nor a camp ground - but are 10mins away in Whangamata.

- No smoking inside.
- Cleaning service does not do ovens,BBQ's or windows. These are for the tenant to leave clean and full.
