Holidays are easy in this gorgeous family home with the beach just a stroll away. Enjoy barbecues on the large sunny deck, or dine indoors in a stylish new retro-style kitchen that opens onto the garden. Plenty of space for the kids to play too. On a rear section, the house is hidden away - a private retreat for the perfect break! With Bayfair (Shopping Centre, Bowling, Games Arcade, soon to open Cinema, restaurants and bars) and Baywave Aquatic centre just a walk away, you don't need to rely on getting good weather!

Special conditions:
We have a cruisy cat, Finn. He spends most of his time outdoors.
We can arrange for someone to come and feed him but if you would rather not be disturbed during your stay we would be happy for you to leave out cat biscuits for him. Thanks.

Couldn't be happier!

We had such a fantastic stay at Maeve and her families beautiful home. The location is perfect with it being a 5-minute walk to the beach and only a 3-minute walk to Bayfair mall. Plenty of parking and the house has everything you need and more. Maeve was awesome to deal with and she made the whole process seamless. Highly reccomend to anyone visit the Mount!

The most amazing house for our stay.

The house was in an amazing location, on a quiet street but within walking distance to the beach which was a huge bonus for us. The house itself was fantastic, lovely kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms and we loved having the outdoor space. Finn the cat was a bonus!!

Nice stay in great location

The property is in a private & quiet setting with a nice open living layout. Short walk to the Bayfair Shopping Mall is an absolute bonus. Great dealing with the owner Maeve as she was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Thank you and all the best. Rob

Mt Maunganui Stay

Awesome place to stay, close to shops and pool. We stayed with a large group and the owner was very accommodating. Great communication and a lovely comfortable home.
