Wedding at Cardrona Hotel

We had a wedding at the old Cardtona Hotel. The unit was a 2 min walk. It was wonderful. 15 mins to Wanaka. The unit was immaculate.

Ski and tramping holiday

Small studio but had everything we needed including outside ski locker, slow cooker, air fryer, washing machine and dryer, easy space to heat. At times internet was slow (this was the only downside) Hot pool was fantastic!

This was a great place to stay, we were there for a wedding at the hotel, and this was an easy 4min walk, had everything we needed.

Time Out at Cadrona

The premises is part of a recently built village just south of the well known Cadrona Hotel. Consequently it has all of the modern conviences one would expect. Very comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere to stay other than the commercial areas of Queenstown or Wanaka, I suggest this might be for you. If you are looking for conversation, a short walk to Cadrona Hotel. Enjoy

Cardrona Studio Retreat

Comfortable, excellent location for skiers and particularly well appointed. Second bed on the floor not ideal but unit really intended for couples. Enjoyed our stay. Did not need any communication with property manager.

Great place to get away

Its a great spot to get away. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but close enough to be convenient. Was perfectly clean and well presented and the the owners we more than happy to give us details about the area after reaching out to them. The surroundings are just amazing and an amazing break from our normally very busy lives. Thank you for sharing :-)

Great winter break cross country skiing

Great spot very near the road to Cardrona ski field and Snow farm Cross Country ski area. Studio is small but well equiped- high specs. Large communal spa pool very warm and well maintained.

Wedding Guest Accommodation

We were delighted to be attending a wedding at the Cadrona Hotel and finding a comfortable studio within walking distance of the Hotel was great. The studio had everything we needed and was clean, warm and had a view of the hills.

15 mins away from Wanaka

Great place, short walk to the iconic Cardrona tavern, LOVED IT! Helpful locals. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the spa or swimming pool, we were too busy visiting beautiful Wanaka and were blessed to stay at this place at the right time because we got to experience Tuki festival with beautiful views. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful . Only a phone call away even when they were in Auckland. Recommend totally. Awesome spot.

I loved the linen and the shower was wonderful on the massage option. Awesome washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Garry was very helpful with any enquires we made to him via phone.

Everything we needed was provided. Lovely spot to go up to the Cardrona. Only downside was the noise from upstairs group thumping on the roof, made going to bed difficult.
