Beautiful vineyard/cafe also close by.A few minutes drive to the passenger ferry which takes you across to Whitianga with the Purangi 9 hole golf course also nearby.

We were not aware the owner lived upstairs

I feel like it needs to be specified that the owners lives upstairs, takes a lot of the privacy away from relaxing when we never really get a break away
