Perfect home for Easter or ANZAC holidays

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre, this three-bedroom semi-detached house is used as my primary home and available for rent when I am away. Is situated at a handy location half-way between Frankton and Queenstown above Sherwood Manor.

Living space is located downstairs with access to a west-facing deck. The house is fully furnished with queen beds in each of the three bedrooms. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located downstairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom being upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms is located on a mezzanine level which looks over the dining/living room.There is plenty of space in this room for an airbed or cot for additional people. Open plan kitchen/living with a fire and heat pump. Washing machine is available as is Wifi. Plenty of space under the house for storage of outdoor gear, however this is unfortunately not secure (unless locked to one of the piles under the house).

Bus stop for Queenstown and beyond is located at the junction of Goldfield Heights and Frankton Road, a short 5min walk down the hill. Walking distance to the Sherwood Manor where you can grab a coffee, dinner or a gig. There are also lots of walking tracks and reserves in the vicinity too including the Frankton Track along the lake front.

Please note:

This is my home and it is available for rental when I am away on my own adventures. While I always ensure that it is clean and tidy, there will be personal items around the house and I ask that you respect these.

Would prefer family groups or mature adults.

The house is located down a right of way that I share with five neighbours. There is room for one car to be parked onsite. Please respect my neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at night and have consideration when parking your vehicle.

No parties and no additional guests staying beyond those booked.
No smoking inside our in the property grounds.
No tents or additional overnight guests without prior permission.
No pets allowed on this property.
