Great location and good unit
Worked well for our needs. Was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath needs. Would recommend.
Thanks for taking such lovely care of our home Kathleen, wishing you wonderful memories and happy travels for the rest of your holiday
Apartment was amazing inside, very spacious, both bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. Both bedrooms each had there own en-suites which were also a decent size and modern.
Great view from the balcony especially if your having a few drinks before you head out whether it’s in the summer or winter. Not a thing out of place when we checked in, kitchen was very clean and had everything that you would need for a short stay if you wish to cook. Wi-fi connection was very good. We also were provided with our own parking space in the car park which was very helpful.
10 minute walk in to the centre of Queenstown , bit of a steep hill to climb walking back up to the apartment which could be a bit of a problem if you had elderly people or young children with you but a taxi cost us $10 of a night time to get back up there, But definitely worth it for the views in my opinion.
Great apartment, quiet, very clean, very good location. Definitely recommend for anybody doing a trip to Queenstown.

Fantastic property, everything we needed and it exceeded our expectations in luxury.
Great location, loved the beds, couches, bathrooms, the lot. Lovely little added luxuries like teas and soaps.
Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Gorgeous view, central location and off street parking is a great bonus
Julie’s apartment is just like the pictures. Beautiful view, good size living, dining room and the kitchen has all you need for a short stay. Having two bathrooms was perfect for us as we were travelling with my teenage stepson. Julie was helpful, friendly and pretty quick to respond. She had lots of good suggestions on things to do and places to eat/visit.
Have already recommended to friends who travel to Queenstown regularly.
The apartment is showing some signs of wear and tear but nothing that makes your stay uncomfortable.

Owner is not a great communicator
The apartment is a decent size and the kitchen is well equipped, although the bedrooms really do not have room for much more than the bed and we had to put several suitcases in the living room. The accessible part of the closet in the second bedroom is taken up by linens and cleaning products. The biggest problem was the lack of communication by the owner. She was slow to respond. There were no instructions at all in the apartment for using the TV, the heat and the washer/dryer. We had to contact her about using the movies on the TV, and her response was "just follow the instructions on the remote". When we tried to do that, we found that there were Chinese characters on the folder titles. She was not helpful and never contacted us to see if we managed ok. It was very cold when we were there and we had trouble figuring out how to use the heat. It seems like it would not be difficult to leave a manual with instructions in the apartment.
The feedback from the guests is inaccurate, and untruthful. I reply to, and respond to all guest enquiries generally within an hour. From time to time, we encounter guests who are best suited to commercial hotel style accomodation. Holiday homes are for the semi-independent traveller
Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.
