Ocean View Bach, 300m to the beach

At the north end of Waihi Beach with great sea and rural views from the upstairs deck and kitchen. Great indoor-outdoor flow with north facing living and extensive deck spaces, including a gas BBQ. Just a 5 minute safe stroll to the beach, surf club and walking tracks, this home has been completely renovated in recent years to ensure a relaxing holiday once you arrive. There are 2 separate living areas with independent entertainment facilities and in-built audio system.
Special conditions:
Linen and towels - BYO.
Please remove all of your own rubbish, collection is on Monday morning.
Gas cooking, heating and water heating.

Extras: Cleaning (to be paid separately to owners to avoid being charged commission on your booking-NZ$150.00 per ). Please Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/pillow cases/tea towels);

A lovely stay
The house is tastefully decorated in a wonderful location an easy walk to the northern end of the beach. The queen rooms are spacious with comfy beds. We did have a few teething issues during our stay: The front door sticks and needs a good push to open. Read the house manual closely as the oven and TV are not simple to operate. We did not manage to work the TV downstairs at all which was disappointing with small kids the second lounge tv would have provided a seperate area. We also had a lot of water sports gear/ebikes for our holiday which we were not able to put securely in the garage despite the listing showing a large empty garage when we booked. We also had a fuse blow which meant we lost lights to the upper level one evening. The fuse box was in the locked garage. Overall however it was a lovely week. We had many friends staying in the area. Also the upstairs deck is really nice with louvre system and easy access to the back yard. There’s gas hot water heating so instant hot water and a lovely outdoor shower.

Great location and amenities
We stayed during the storm in early January. The house is very well equipped for indoor weather with two large tvs, Netflix, wifi and board games to keep us occupied. Spacious house. Lovely outdoor area for fine weather and great sea views. Excellent communication from the owners. Text to let me know that the cleaners had finished and house available before check in time. Didn’t get to use the brand new bbq due to wet weather.

Relaxing Holiday Home
Blissful! Very quiet, very relaxing place. Lovely even for a winter escape as it was sunny, warm and comfy beds. Nice view from the living areas and deck upstairs. Our second winter holiday here, and would definitely book again next year.
