You will relax into holiday mode the moment you walk into this modern holiday townhouse. These adjoining, yet private, townhouses are drenched in sunlight from dawn til dusk and will provide the perfect base for your holiday. Book one, or both, dependent on the size of your group. These homes have a semi-communal yet private back yard, so each are perfect to book on their own, or for a larger group wanting their own space close to each other.
Each home features a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining spaces, fireplace, Netflix and indoor/outdoor flow to the adjoining yet private back yard. Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms and bathroom.
Make the most of the summer afternoons by cranking up the BBQ and enjoying every minute of our long summer days, or by getting cozy inside by the fire during the cooler months. There are also some heaters provided for you to use if needed during the winter. These are only to be used as a top-up heat source to the fireplace. The heaters on their own will not heat the whole house.
There are no hidden costs - your nightly rate includes bedding, towels and exit clean.
The bedding configuration is 1x King, 1 x Queen, 1x Split King, 1 x double fold out couch.
This home sleeps up to 8 guests. Please note - the sleeping area for 2 guests is a fold out couch in the upstairs mezzanine floor/open living area. Due to the position of this area it cannot be closed off and it is not curtained, meaning that it will be quite light in the morning.
The maximum occupancy for this well-appointed home is 8, or a total of 16 if you were to book both houses.
