Hi our names are Matt and Kate, this house was built 7 years ago and we have a little cabin in front of our home too.
Matt is a local electrician and I am a primary/yoga teacher.

Why they chose this property
This property has the most incredible rural/sea views. It is super private and you feel like you are in the farmland as well as being only 5-10 minutes from the ocean.
