Our home is in tidy, but original condition with charming 1950s features throughout; it's an oldie, but a goodie!
You'll love enjoying the sea views while you eat your breakfast on the balcony or watch the paragliders jump from the Mount.
From the other end of the house, you can watch the sunset behind the Mount and watch the cruise ships arrive at Pilot Bay. You can also see Matakana Island and the Papamoa Hills.
Eat fresh figs, lemons, feijoas, plums and guavas from our fruit trees in the backyard, and read a book on the swing chair in front of the outdoor fire.
There is room to park 2 cars and the boat. It's walking distance to everything, so you won't need your car once you arrive!
There are two separate living areas - perfect for two families - and we can supply cots and highchairs etc. if needed.
Feel free to use our bikes, trampoline, surfboards and other beach equipment!
Families are preferred. Although it's close to town, this is a quiet, family street so please, no parties or noise after 10pm and please respect our lovely neighbours.
We'll be just up the road so we will meet you on arrival and are available during your stay if needed.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); We can supply linen for an extra cost.
