Kohu Quarter is a gated residence. Security gates are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. Outside of these hours residents need to use access codes or tags to enter.
Stairs may not be suitable for children or elderly guests.
Balcony on the 1st floor may not be suitable for children.
One dedicated car park right outside the garage which will fit a small / medium sized car comfortably. There is onsite visitor car parking and roadside parking also.
