Why they chose this property

The biggest draw card for us to purchase this property was the large section and established garden and the solid (concrete) construction and charm of the 1920's house. The section size enabled us to build the cottage at the back without impacting on the appearance of the property from the road.

What makes this property unique

As resident hosts, we are on hand to help guests, if they need it, with local information and advice.

We've built the cottage to a standard that we would appreciate if we were staying in it with many modern conveniences including air con/heat pump and double glazing for summer and winter comfort. Lots of light - both natural and artificial. A garden setting with a private covered deck facing north for summer evening enjoyment. A reasonable sized bathroom with a great shower and gas water heating. We added a walk in wardrobe so guests bags and personal items are not in the way in the bedroom. There are bedding options for both the couch and the Queen sized bed so you can control the weight of your bedding. Plenty of pillows and spare blankets.
