Both Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are both within 5 min walk from property, ideal swimming at high tide, 1.5km (20 min walk) to downtown Raglan hub and 1.4km walk to "The Wharf" where Raglan's best Fish n Chips are served, local retailers and The Wharf Kitchen and Bar restaurant.
The kitchen consists of 1 heating element (induction cooker), steam double heater microwave oven (with grill feature), fridge/freezer (plus spare fridge in storage room), washing machine/dryer situated under kitchen sink and dishwasher. Outdoors we have supplied a bbq which has a side gas element and rotisserie.
Heating over winter months consists of Dimplex club stove in main living area.
Property is not suited for children under 10yrs.
