Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 50 square meter apartment in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Its location will make it easy for you to access the most important monuments of Paris. You will also be able to admire the city by taking part in the bateau-mouche cruises on the Seine. The neighborhood is lively and you will find many shops nearby. You will be very well served by public transport. Enjoy your stay :)

Located on 4th floor without lift, the apartment is composed of two bedrooms with two double beds, two bathrooms and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
It can accommodate 4 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer.
The apartment is located at 27 mn on foot from the EIFFEL tower, at 27 mn on foot from the HÔTEL DES INVALIDES, at 27 mn by public transport from the PANTHEON, at 30 mn by public transport from the MUSEUM OF THE LOUVRE and THE SEINE is at about 20 mn on foot. You will find all the stores you need, including a Monoprix at 4 mn walk from the apartment and several shops, restaurants and bars nearby. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
