The pool is a complimentary amenity. While we conduct regular cleanings, we are not liable for any debris or damage caused by wildlife, bad weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Fallen leaves, occasional insects, or dust after a storm are beyond the scope of our cleaning services. We provide regular maintenance to ensure water quality, though it may not always be perfect.
For families with young children, please supervise them at all times while using the pool. Never allow children to swim unsupervised or out of your sight.

Note: Pets are not allowed inside the house and can be left in the yard

Before your arrival, you MUST read the check-in guidebook that I will send via inbox message. Our property operates on a self-check-in system, so it’s essential to follow the instructions provided.
2.Agreement to Rules
By confirming your reservation, you and your group agree to follow all rules listed below to maintain a clean, functional property and a harmonious neighborhood.
4.Parties
Parties are strictly PROHIBITED. Violating this rule will result in a $2,000 fine, and you may incur additional service fees, including cleaning and damage charges. I will reasonably determine what constitutes a “party.”
5.Noise
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels tolerable. NSW noise restrictions apply, so minimize noise after 9 PM.
6.Food
For food safety reasons, we do not provide salt, pepper, sugar, tea, or coffee. Please bring your own supplies.
7.Cleanliness and Waste Disposal
oNo Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. If cigarette butts or odors are found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged,
oShoes Off: Please remove your shoes on carpet area.
oClean Up: While you don’t need to do a thorough cleaning, please make a reasonable effort to tidy up after yourself.
oRubbish Disposal: Pack and dispose of all rubbish in the designated areas—two for general waste and recycling- in rubbish bins(House) or rubbish rooms(Apartment)
oIf the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., excessive rubbish or dirty dishes), you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
8.Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available for guest use. Refer to the check-in guidebook for details. This complimentary service does not guarantee speed and may be affected by issues with the internet provider. While we will address any issues, we cannot be held accountable.
9.Other Rules
oIf you get locked out, contact us for assistance:
Key delivery: $150 (Depends on availability, if after 9pm I may not able to arrange a delivery)
Replacement of a lost key: $300
oAll power points are 240 volts as per Australian standards. Please bring a converter if traveling from another country.
10.Checkout
Please leave the property as you found it and do not rearrange any furniture. The latest checkout time is 10 AM. Before you leave, please complete the following:
•Clean all dirty dishes and store them in their original cabinets. The cleaning fee does not cover dishwashing, and an extra service fee will apply for any dirty dishes left behind.
•Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
•Turn off all lights and the air conditioner.
•Ensure no appliances are in a work cycle.
•Report any damages or missing items to us.
•Return all keys and swipe cards to the lockbox and scramble the lockbox code.
