There is a strict maximum 4 vehicle rule as Guests cars must either go into the garage or park on the driveway. This home can fit 2 mid-size cars into the garage and 2 cars onto the driveway.

Loved our stay

The house was just as pictured! We had a group of 18 and it couldn’t have been better with all of the bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and it was perfect. We all loved the pool and spa, even though the weather wasn’t all that warm. Having two refrigerators was a great plus! The property manager was quick to respond when we forgot the door code! The location was good too! Thank you for the perfect home for our family to gather!

Amazing - Just like described

The house was amazing for our large party- 20 In total. Aging from 12 all the way to 75. We had 4 different families staying together and the amount of space and bathrooms made it seamless. It was clean and cool. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cups, glassware, plates, silverware, knives, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The keiureg coffee maker with single serve and an option for a full pot was super convenient for all the coffee lovers. There was plenty of towels for all. And the beds were very comfortable. The dual dishwashers and washer and dryers was perfect for such a large group. The pool and deck was also a big hit, especially in this Florida heat. Only issues, which were very minor. The ice makers didn’t work in the freezers, but that was an easy fix - just picked up a big bag of ice. The drawer in the one fridge was cracked and didn’t open properly, but again an easy fix - there were 2 refrigerators so we just utilized the other space. Our overall experience was definitely an overwhelming 10 out of 10. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group to stay.

Roach problem

We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June, and came across a bug problem. On the first day before we could even get situated, we noticed baby roaches all over the kitchen counters, floors, inside the cabinets, under the cabinets, crawling the walls, coming out of very small cracks you would barely notice. They were even a couple of big ones in the rooms downstairs as well crawling on the curtains. That’s unacceptable. I did call the property manager and she sent out pest control immediately & the guy sprayed of course. Pest control said it’s not going to stop the problem but it should help. It did at first but towards the end of the stay.. it was like he never sprayed anything. We were scared to even use the pots and pans because of the brown residue the roaches left behind in the kitchen. Please fix this issue because us families should not have to go through that. Other than that, the property is great & spacious.
