The third bedroom has 2 single beds beneath the ceiling fan, bedside table with lamp and storage for clothes.
The renovated bathroom has a fully tiled shower with handheld head, bathtub, single vanity basin, toilet, heated towel rail and heated lighting.
Walking to the back of the house you will love this part of the property’s original high ceilings with beams and a feature ceiling fan.
The kitchen has a double sink, fridge, 4 burner gas stovetop, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
The dining area has a solid wood table with seating for 6 on the floor rug.
The reading corner has 2 cosy armchairs, floor lamp, coffee table and community library collection where you’re welcome to borrow, take and donate books to.

Glass sliding doors lead out onto the courtyard where you won’t even notice your location near the neighbourhood shops. Black cockatoos reside in the tree canopies overlooking this area amongst the lime, citrus and magnolia trees. The undercover alfresco area has an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

It’s a quiet location with everything available in walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the local’s favourite Tandoori Flame curry house, pizza place or chemist. 10 minutes walk to a 24hr IGA supermarket or to College Park.
15 minute walk to the Swan River and to all the facilities, shops, restaurants and cafes in the Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre.
A 15 minute walk will also get you to Claremont Train Station where you can jump on a 16min train to Fremantle, or an 18min train into the city of Perth.
A 7 minute drive will get your into beautiful Kings Park Botanic Gardens. A 10 minute drive will get you to North Cottesloe beach or Elizabeth Quay in the city. 18 minutes will see you arrive in Fremantle.
There’s many cute cafes around. For good coffee try ‘Stand in Room’ on Bay View Terrace. Inside Claremont Quarter is ‘Koko Black’ which offers good coffee but specialises in chocolate. Try ‘Academy’ for something a bit more substantial.
For dinner there is the unassuming ‘Silp Thai’ on Bayview Terrace for good food that is well priced. Bellissimo’s on Bayview Terrace is fantastic pizzas and pasta. It’s open most of the day, so great if you like to eat early and miss the crowds.
An 8 minute drive will get you to ‘Clean Foods’ in Shenton Park for great vegetarian and vegan food.
If you’re looking for a pub, you can’t go past The Claremont Hotel. Lots of food and drink options as well as areas to relax.
