Private, cozy and peaceful - welcome to our brand new 2-bed 2-bath self-contained guesthouse at the foot of the Remarkables.

This lovely guesthouse is located in Hanleys Farms, with walking distance to the local cafe, play ground and reserve.

5 min drive to the Jacks Points Golf Course & Clubhouse
8 min drive from Airport
9 min drive to Remarkables Ski Field
10 min drive to Five Mile Shopping Centre or local shops
15 min drive to downtown Queenstown

This unit is at the rear of the main house, separated by a soundproofed firewall with its own entrance at the side.

It comes with 2 spacious bedrooms including:
- 2 x Single twin bed
- 1 x Queen bed in the en-suite
and 2 stylish tiled bathrooms with a bathtub.

A nicely equipped kitchenette including a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge for your light refreshment. Sorry no stove or cooking equipment.

The extended living area with a private outdoor sitting, where you can enjoy a panoramic mountain view while having your morning tea or coffee.
