Secluded shingled beach house south of Montauk highway with water views of Great Moriches Bay. Minutes from town center and beaches (1.5 mile walk straight down South Rd to grocery store/wine store and quaint boutiques and restaurants).

Great location to relax and recharge with 4 spaced out bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms (5 total) and inground pool with pond views in the backyard. Balcony off master bedroom with 2 Adirondack chairs for morning coffee with the birds or afternoon cocktails with views of nearby swans.

Lovely Hamptons Getaway

Just spent a week with my family at Paul's house, which is spacious, meticulously clean and beautiful - even better than the pictures. The property is well landscaped, serene and private. It was the perfect Hamptons getaway and we can't wait to return next summer.

Beautiful Home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Paul’s house! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and we loved the backyard space. Very private and relaxing for a Hamptons getaway.
