Growing up in Florida, fishing came naturally. It was important that I remain near the water, and have access to a boat and all the wonderful bodies of water from which to fish. Goodland, Florida, is the perfect magnet for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun.
Why they chose this property
Just minutes to Marco Island and Naples, Florida make this a perfect destination. A great community pool and relaxing spa helps get my vitamin D. Having my own private 34' boat dock helped my decision to buy. The Calusa Island Marina is great for all my boating needs.
What makes this property unique
It's quiet and peaceful. Sitting out on the lanai sipping a cold drink or just enjoying a good book, is what the doctor ordered.
