The space
This modern 3-bedroom duplex offers a comfortable and relaxing stay, perfect for families or small groups.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite for added comfort.
Second Bedroom: Furnished with a cozy double bed and a built-in robe for storage.
Third Bedroom: Designed with kids in mind, this room includes a fun bunk bed and a built-in robe.

🛁 Amenities:

Fresh linen is provided for all beds.
Hand soap is supplied, but please bring your own personal toiletries.

🍽 Kitchen & Facilities:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Please note: There is no BBQ or laundry available on the premises.

We are happy to offer reduced rates for week long stays out of the school holiday period. Please contact us for a price.
Guest access
The entire duplex is yours to enjoy during your stay! Please park only on our side of the driveway—there’s plenty of street parking available as well. Enter through the front door and make yourself at home in this relaxing retreat.

We love sharing our home with wonderful guests like you! To keep this space welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you tidy up before you check out. A few simple things that would really help:

🧹 Wash and put away any used dishes
🛏️ Leave used towels in the bath tub
🗑️ Take out any rubbish and recycling
🧽 Wipe down kitchen surfaces if needed
