Partially renovated home over two levels comprising 7 bedrooms, renovated kitchen, large living and dining areas, 3 bathrooms, this amazing property will ensure an enjoyable time for all ages! Large indoor fireplace for those cold nights!
Close to ocean beaches and walking distance to Anderson's inlet suitable for swimming, boating and fishing

Downstairs is a large sunny lounge dining area with new furniture and flooring, opening through French doors onto a large partially covered deck for outdoor eating and entertaining. We now also have new high speed internet (Starlink) and have installed a large 65 inch Smart TV with sound bar.
Fully renovated kitchen with all appliances and equipment needed for all your cooking needs.
Queen bedroom and bunk room sleeps 6 people downstairs, and all bathrooms on the property are retro in style but freshly painted, clean and functional.
Upstairs is an older style kitchen and five further bedrooms and living areas making this property ideal for two or more families. Main bedroom and ensuite upstairs accompanied by one more queen bedroom and further bunk/single beds.
Small deck upstairs enjoys beautiful views from the balcony! Outside the back door is a massive paved deck, suitable for sitting outdoors and taking in the vistas.
Reverse cycle heating and cooling also available upstairs.
Downstairs there is a BBQ available for guest use, and a "fire pit" area towards the back of the house.
Guests note that this is an older style property undergoing a staged renovation.
Although we haven't provided linen up until now, we are pleased to announce that a linen service can now be arranged at the request of our guests for a small fee. We do provide quality woollen doonas and pillows as part of your booking.
Also note that Sunday to Thursday specials apply and can be tailored to your needs. Please enquire!
Small Corporate or business retreats welcome! We have super fast Starlink internet and multiple living/working spaces available. We can supply full linen for your group.
Property is accessible by ramp to both front and back doors and deck.
We do provide some kitchen condiments for your use and also set you up with plenty of dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, washing powder etc However, with large groups, if these run out it’s the guest’s responsibility to purchase more of their own.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property unless otherwise advised upon booking.
Please enquire if you wish to bring your dog. A fee of $75 applies and pets are not allowed on the furniture and it is required that you clean up after your four legged friend!
This property also has full ramp access to front and back doors and stepless entry into the house with ample accessible parking provided.
There are bedrooms and a bathroom at ground level.
Please enquire if there are any special needs that we can assist you with!
Other things to note
We can provide linen at the request of our guests for a small extra fee.
Remember to bring towels/tea towels bath mats and fitted sheets/pillow cases and Doona covers if you haven't requested a linen service.
Price listed includes the first 6 guests.
Every guest hereafter will be charged at a cost of $30 per person per night. This will be automatically included in the total price.
