The Space:
Spanning two generous levels and just a short stroll from the sand, surf, and Moffat Beach’s laid-back café scene, this thoughtfully designed beach house is packed with features for a fun, fuss-free Sunshine Coast holiday—ideal for larger families or multiple groups travelling together.

On the main level, you'll find four spacious bedrooms with capacity for up to 9 adults or 11 guests with children.
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Double bunk bed + single with trundle (can combine to queen). Recommended for up to 3 adults or up to 5 children
Two travel cots and a bed guard available on request

You'll also find a full bathroom on this level, along with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, an inviting indoor lounge, and a stunning alfresco dining deck complete with a built-in BBQ kitchen and ocean glimpses. Whether you're enjoying a long lunch or a sunset dinner, this space is designed to impress.

Downstairs is a holiday haven for both kids and adults. Kick back in your private cinema room with tiered seating, projector screen, Netflix, Blu-ray, Chromecast and Wii console. Challenge your group to a game of pool or table tennis in the oversized garage, or enjoy the leafy backyard with a trampoline, beach toys, and surf gear. A full laundry and secure storage make extended stays a breeze.

Outside, the sparkling private pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and a sun-drenched terrace—your own secluded slice of paradise. Parking is easy with a driveway, ample street parking, and a bus stop directly out front for stress-free local travel.

A fully self-contained guest suite is also available for an additional price, with a queen bedroom and sofa-bed. This has its own private entry and is connected internally to the house when booked.

All linen & bath towels are included but please bring your own for the pool & beach.

Guest Access:

There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.
