The 9 & 10 Suite is a bright, coastal-inspired combination of two villas, joined by an interior door and a spacious shared balcony that overlooks the stunning Banana River. With two king bedrooms, two kitchens, and two living areas, this upstairs retreat is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups seeking extra space and panoramic water views.

Inside, Villa 9 “Chasing Pelicans” offers soothing tones, a plush king bed, and a cozy living area for unwinding. Next door, Villa 10 “Under the Umbrellas” brings playful charm with cheerful pops of color and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both villas open onto a large connected balcony with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset dinners by the water. 🌅

The upstairs villas (9 & 10) share an AC system. While the AC handler is located in unit 10, thermostat is located within unit 9. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to ensure comfort for both units.
