Villa built as a 'Registered Site', 'Classified Site', 'Protected Site', on the edge of the 'Coastal Protection Zone'. This explains its unique character, its avant-garde design, the use of both traditional materials and advanced construction methods....and consequently its cost!.

The Villa in its design allows different lifestyles and a certain independence, but also to get together, to share common activities and moments. This is why we designed two independent gîtes there, while sizing the Grand Logement to accommodate everyone.
Likewise, from the design stage, we built an independent games chalet, in order to preserve, during these activities, tranquility for each cottage.
Thermal and acoustic insulation is the best and in 1987 we received the highest prestigious label which rewards actions to promote renewable energy savings.
It is also certain that the behavior of each person influences the savings made and especially to preserve fossil resources.
It was also the first 'eco-label', even before it was officially created 17 years later.

- rented entirely (Main Accommodation 232m2 + “Guest” Accommodation 107m2) i.e. 3700 sqf (339m2) which can accommodate 12 people
- partially rented either:
- the Main Accommodation 2500sqf (232m2) for 8 people
- Guest Accommodation 1200sqf (107m2) for 5 people
Each Accommodation is completely independent, and for those who rent the entire house, the Main Accommodation is arranged so that everyone can meet in the Daily Life spaces.

This Villa also has an independent games chalet (approx. 40m2) and leisure facilities in the park (Trampolines, swings, apparatus, small sandy beach).
The landscaped garden also offers rest areas with teak garden furniture and barbecues.
All are accessible to our Tenants.
